About the job

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the Human Resources of Patta. This role oversees HR functions, aligning HR processes and strategies with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include fostering a positive work culture, managing employee relations, executing HR policies effectively, and optimizing employee well-being and contributions.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage employee relations, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and provide guidance for a harmonious result driven work environment.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies, ensuring employee satisfaction.

  • Optimize recruitment processes, collaborate with department heads, and coach team leads.
  • Strategically develop, implement, and continually refine HR policies while optimizing procedures and frameworks to align with organizational objectives.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance on feedback and improvement plans.
  • Strategically develop, implement, and refine HR policies in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs and review compensation policies.
  • Assess organizational training needs, coordinate development opportunities, and provide internal coaching for organizational advancement.
  • Implement well-being coaching programs, foster diversity, and collaborate on workplace diversity issues.
  • Develop and track key HR metrics, offering regular reports and informed recommendations to the MT team.
  • Implement talent management and succession planning programs for future organizational needs.

About you

  • Proven experience in HR management leadership.

  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and processes.
  • Effective communication, negotiation and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR initiatives.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English 
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
