Media Producer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Media Producer to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of diverse projects and productions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows, successful productions, and impactful project outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Define project scope and objectives.

• Book project meetings (kick-off, pre-production, etc.) and document meeting notes.

• Create and monitor project planning, budgets, and to-do lists.

• Process invoices and expenses.

• Set up and communicate project deadlines and cut-off times.

• Identify and communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.

• Maintain project documentation and communication.

• Conduct location scouting and secure permits.

• Setting up detailed production plans for the wider team.

• Be present on shoot and event days to support production and ensure smooth execution.

• Make a quarterly analysis of marketing projects on financial and marketing impact.

• Report findings to the strategy team.

• Develop and manage activations from a media strategy perspective.

About you

You have:

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in project and production coordination.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Proofhub).

• Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
